Here is a page for you to take notes. We suggest, after watching the movement, you turn the video off and try to write out what you saw and heard. What was the instruction? What do you remember? How would you describe the movement, path or position?

It can be very helpful to describe, in your own words, what the instruction for a movement is. This engages a different part of the brain, and many students report this as being useful. We will provide you with a page you can print out and write on. Or, if you prefer typing on a computer, you can take your notes there.
